Agrigame Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
   • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
   • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Perishable goods, custom-made items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

3. Return Process:

   • Contact our customer service team at 01886 88100 or email info@agrigame.co.uk to initiate a return.
   • Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
   • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).

4. Shipping Returns:

   • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Agrigame UK Ltd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges:

   • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
   • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 01886 88100 or email info@agrigame.co.uk.
   • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
